Adopted Standard Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY GENERAL To the extent allowable by law Nutmeg Auto Service, Inc. hereby disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, relating to your vehicle, including, but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. All warranties set forth herein are those of the parts manufacturer alone. The warranty belongs to the person or business whose name is printed on the purchase receipt and cannot be transferred to anyone at any time. WHAT IS COVERED? Your repair is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months or 15,000 miles, whichever comes first. Commercial applications are warranted for 6 months or 6,000 miles whichever comes first. If your covered repair fails during the warranty period, please notify Nutmeg Auto Service, Inc. at 860-522-8724 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday Eastern time. Nutmeg Auto Service, Inc. will help administer the warranty with the manufacturer. Should the manufacturer determine that the part requires replacement, you must return the alleged defect part before you can receive the replacement. There can be no exceptions. Labor to replace an eligible defective part will be provided by Nutmeg Auto Service, Inc. during the manufacturer's warranty period only if work is performed at 3490 Main St., Hartford, CT 06120. We will never reimburse you for work perfromed by another party. WHAT IS NOT COVERED? This limited warranty does not cover incidentals such as towing charges, rental vehicles, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss, property damage, personal injury, or any other incidental or consequential loss or damage. This limited warranty does not apply if the vehicle has been abused, neglected, improperly maintained, damaged in an accident, modified, or damaged due to the operation of parts or items not furnished with the original job. Any unauthorized removal or repairs will void the warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to those vehicles used commercially for snow removal, livery, taxi or bus service, towing or for off road vehicles, this usage will void any warranty.
